In an effort to reduce the extra hours of the Management company from request for information by homeowners and  to streamline the process for Information on Southgate matters.

All request for information will go through the Board of Directors.

The management company does not have the authority to make any decisions, and only responds with the  Boards decision on any and all questions.

If the request has to do with billing or payments, then the board will request this info from the appropriate person from management company and will pass it along.
