Southgate Amenities

  • The dimensions of the Southgate pool are 74' by 24', covering an approximate area of 1800 square feet. In addition, Southgate offers umbrellas, chairs, and tables for the convenience of pool users. Access to the pool is granted through a programmed "pool card" provided to all members in good standing. New owners are exempt from the first pool card fee. Each property is limited to activating only one card. In the event of a lost or replacement card, a fee of $10 is applicable, payable by check or money order made out to Southgate HOA. The management company requires copies of the current lease for all rental properties to be on file.
     
  • The dimensions of the Southgate Pavillion are 22' by 35', covering an approximate area of 770 square feet. In addition, Southgate offers picnic tables for the convenience of pavillion users. Homeowners may fill out the request form and reserve the pavillion for small gatherings.

  •  Southgate's has a small playground that is a charming hub of outdoor fun nestled within our community. Boasting a delightful array of play equipment, including a climbing area, two slides, and a swing set, it offers opportunities for children to explore, imagine, and play. In addition, Southgate has volleyball net located behind the pool, and a singular basketball hoop next to the playground. These facilities are open from 8 AM till Dusk.
