How to Make a Payment:


All owners have the opportunity to pay multiple ways, including personal check or money order mailed to the payment center address listed on each invoice, or payments can be made online at any time at .  If you are paying online, you will need your account number listed on your statement to make a payment.

Click any of the "Make A Payment" buttons found throughout the Gold Crown website. Then select which option you would like to choose for making your payment.

A Free E-checking option, as well as Credit Card options are available through the website.  Please be aware that a $14.95 processing fee is charged by the bank if you choose to pay by Credit Card.

Both the Free E-Checking and Credit Card options can be entered as one-time payments or you can set up re-occurring payments to help avoid the hassle or possible late fees.

Once you decide how to pay, then select the "Pay Now" button.  If you have paid through your bank before, please be sure to update the amount of your bank draft as the assessment has changed slightly from last year.

**Don't forget to write down your password, if you set up a re-occurring account.
